The Signal House Dashboard is your command center for tracking all key metrics related to your 10DLC messaging, campaigns, and performance analyticsβ€”directly inside GoHighLevel.


🧭 Navigation Overview

From the GHL Left Panel, click on:
All The Apps β†’ Signal House

This will open the Signal House dashboard.


πŸͺž Top-Level Metrics (Top Cards)

Here you’ll see instant snapshots of performance:

1. Messaging Count

  • πŸ“€ SMS Outbound / πŸ“₯ SMS Inbound

  • πŸ“€ MMS Outbound / πŸ“₯ MMS Inbound
    Example: "24 total messages" = 13 SMS out, 9 in, 2 MMS out

2. Delivery Rate

  • SMS and MMS separately tracked

  • Example: 94.28% delivery for SMS, 100% for MMS

3. Opt-Out Rate

  • % of users who replied with STOP or equivalent

  • Ideally low (0% is excellent, 3% is the maximum it should be)

4. Non-Opt-Out Response Rate

  • % of users who responded with something other than STOP

  • Helps gauge customer engagement

5. Campaign Status Breakdown

  • Tracks campaigns at each review stage:

    • Under Signal House Review

    • Signal House Rejected

    • Approved by Signal House

    • Pending DCA Review

    • DCA Approved

    • DCA Rejected

1. Message Deliverability

  • Outbound message delivery/failure per day or time period

  • Toggle between absolute numbers or percentages

2. Per Number Delivery Rate

  • Ideal for identifying numbers that may be throttled, flagged, or inactive
