π Signal House Dashboard Guide (GHL App)
The Signal House Dashboard is your command center for tracking all key metrics related to your 10DLC messaging, campaigns, and performance analyticsβdirectly inside GoHighLevel.
π§ Navigation Overview
From the GHL Left Panel, click on:
All The Apps β Signal House
This will open the Signal House dashboard.
πͺ Top-Level Metrics (Top Cards)
Here youβll see instant snapshots of performance:
1. Messaging Count
π€ SMS Outbound / π₯ SMS Inbound
π€ MMS Outbound / π₯ MMS Inbound
Example: "24 total messages" = 13 SMS out, 9 in, 2 MMS out
2. Delivery Rate
SMS and MMS separately tracked
Example: 94.28% delivery for SMS, 100% for MMS
3. Opt-Out Rate
% of users who replied with STOP or equivalent
Ideally low (0% is excellent, 3% is the maximum it should be)
4. Non-Opt-Out Response Rate
% of users who responded with something other than STOP
Helps gauge customer engagement
5. Campaign Status Breakdown
Tracks campaigns at each review stage:
Under Signal House Review
Signal House Rejected
Approved by Signal House
Pending DCA Review
DCA Approved
DCA Rejected

These circular data visualizations break it down by type:
Messaging at a Glance: Total delivered vs failed messages
SMS at a Glance: Split of SMS deliveries
MMS at a Glance: Split of MMS deliveries
Total SMS / MMS: Separated into outbound and inbound
Opt-Outs: Total opt-out actions triggered

Located on the right-hand side.
Shows current wallet balance in USD
Add Funds button: Instantly redirect to wallet top-up
Line chart preview of balance over time
π Advanced Analytics
Lower half of the dashboard contains bar graphs:
1. Message Deliverability
Outbound message delivery/failure per day or time period
Toggle between absolute numbers or percentages
2. Per Number Delivery Rate
Tracks which numbers are performing well or facing delivery issues
Ideal for identifying numbers that may be throttled, flagged, or inactive

Check this daily to spot delivery issues before clients notice
Use "Campaign Status" to know when to escalate DCA delays
Use opt-out & response rates to gauge audience fatigue or over-messaging
