π Accessing Analytics
Navigation Path:
Go to the left sidebar β Click Signal House β Then click Analytics in the top menu bar.
Youβll land on a screen with toggle options to view:
SMS, MMS
Outbound or Inbound
Custom date ranges and filters
Tip: Start with Outbound + SMS to evaluate campaign performance.

This section breaks down your messaging performance using real-time metrics.

Delivery Rate β % of messages successfully delivered
Total Messages Delivered β Raw number of delivered messages
Total Messages Sent β Includes all attempts (delivered + failed)
Average Messages Sent Per Day β Shows how active your outreach is
Total Segments Sent β Total number of message segments
Average Segments Sent Per Day β Helpful for estimating throughput use
Unique Clicks β Clicks on links inside messages
Clickthrough Rate (CTR) β % of recipients who clicked
Failed Messages β Raw count of undelivered messages
Failure Rate β % of messages that failed

Sent β Black
Queued β Grey (pending delivery)
