🧠 How to Create and Configure SaaS Plans in Signal House (GHL App)

Signal House enables you to offer flexible SaaS plans for agencies and clients. Whether you're providing a free tier or a premium package, this guide walks you through setting it all up.


πŸ”§ What is a SaaS Plan?

A SaaS Plan defines what your users get based on the pricing tier they select. It helps you:

  • Offer feature-based tiers (Free, Basic, Pro)

  • Apply billing multipliers (e.g. charge double for tickets)

  • Control how many campaigns, brands, and numbers each user can create


🧭 Step-by-Step: Creating a SaaS Plan

Step 1: Navigate to Signal House App

  1. Log into your GoHighLevel account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Signal House.

  3. Select the SAAS Plans tab.


Step 2: Create a New SaaS Plan

  1. Click β€œCreate SaaS Plan”.

  2. Fill in:

    • Plan Name (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro)

    • Description – Internal details about the plan


βš™οΈ Step 2: Configure Features & Billing for the Plan

You’ll now define:

Set how much will it cost customer to use:

🧭 Step 3: Select Plan Location (Optional)

You can select the specific sub accounts where this SAAS Plan will show up. You can also make this SAAS Plan show up in all your subaccounts.

You can reuse previously created SaaS plans or clone them for specific subaccount tiers. Plans can be edited, updated, or removed at any time.
